During the Summer Months many Sport Fishermen flock to the North Coast to harvest the local seafood bounty. We offer full service knifework and processing for all your needs. Whether it's filleting and vacuum packing your fresh fish catch, cleaning your razor clam limit, or cooking your fresh caught crab, Northwest Wild Products can take care of you. If you would like us to do a large order, please call ahead so we can clear and ready our indoor processing tables.
Just bring us your whole fish and we will return 2 professionally cut fillets, or dinner size portions, or steaks. Vacuum packing is also available.
$3.00 per fish
The flat Halibut takes a bit of practice and trial and error to get every bit of meat off the bones. We fillet 20-30 a week and can cut virtually every ounce of meat into 4 skinless fletches.

Cleaning Razor Clams
As a wholesale Razor Clam dealer we handle up to 5,000 pounds of Razors a week. Drop off your limit and we will ready your razors for a hot frying pan.

Cooking Dungeness Crab
Not everyone has all the tools necessary to cook crab at home. We can cook your catch and know all the tricks to great tasting crab that practically falls out of the shell.

Albacore Tuna Loining
We loin over 50 Tuna a day during the height of the Albacore Season. Bring in your tuna and we will return 4 skinless loins and belly meat.
$6.00 to $7.00 per tuna
